Biography

Hanan has worked in healthcare operations at the American University of Beirut Medical Center (AUBMC) and Burjeel Hospital Abu Dhabi for over 13 years. Through her participation in national and international healthcare conferences, she has demonstrated her commitment to excellence.

Hanan is dedicated to service quality, operational safety and patient wellness. In addition to her outstanding managerial skills, she has a wealth of experience in achieving high operating standards and providing world-class patient care.

Hanan holds a BA degree in Business Management and is pursuing her MPH from Guglielmo Marconi University (Italy) and a postgraduate degree from Cambridge University (UK). She is also certified in SHRM-CP and has completed other customer service courses.
