Vivianne is a licensed Speech and Language Therapist ( Brazilian Council of Speech and Language Therapy (CRFa- RS) and the Dubai Health Authority (DHA)), and is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
She graduated in Speech and Language Therapy in 1999, and achieved her Post Graduation in Oral Motor and Vocal Disorders (IMEC) along with a Master’s Degree in Speech Therapy from the Santa Maria Federal University in Brazil. Throughout her career of more than 20 years, she has placed a special focus on feeding, oral motor and childhood apraxia of speech.
Viviane started more than 10 years back at the Dubai Center for Special Needs (DCSN), serving a variety of students with different cultural backgrounds and diagnosis. She then joined The Physiotherapy and Family Medicine Clinic.
She is recognised today as one of the most prominent pediatric speech and language therapists in the Middle East.
Viviane is fluent in English and Portugese and she can offer therapeutic support in both languages.
